Kathleen Joy Woeber is an energy therapist in private practice since 1991. She is founder and President of the Matrix Light Institute (1995–present), an organization that creates an exciting forum for exploring energy, healing and human potential. An expert in helping others develop, deepen and trust their intuition and inner wisdom in both their personal and professional lives, she has been teaching energy healing and conducting seminars since 1992. She is also authoring a book titled The Jewel Within—A Love Story, which chronicles her remarkable journey into healership and shows how we can transform our own lives by understanding the subtle but limitless power of an awakened heart.
Her natural clairvoyant gifts have been honed by over four years of formal training in energetic healing. She has also been trained in Ericksonian and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistics, EMDR, CranioSacral, Visceral Manipulation, The Pathwork and other mind-body therapies. Her understanding of the subtle dynamics of energy has been enhanced by her experience as an international business consultant (1985–1991). In this capacity she traveled extensively, teaching communication skills and working in a business setting with the energy fields of many people from widely differing cultures and backgrounds.


James Woeber has been practicing energy healing and other alternative therapies since 1992. He has been teaching energy healing in personal and professional workshops with Matrix Light Institute and independently since 1997. His broad base of training includes 6 years of training at Matrix Light Institute, 3 years of hands-on study at The School of Enlightenment and Healing and 2 years of study with The Pathwork of California. James also incorporates various applications of systemic constellation work in private therapy and group settings. His background in constellation work, a therapy approach pioneered by Bert Hellinger, includes completion of Systemic Constellation Facilitator Training with Scott Bader. As a graduate of Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University, James also uses his perception skills and energetic abilities as a producer of consciousness-raising film, video and multimedia productions.
