Dear Friends,

This is a time of incredible change, heart opening and opportunity.

A deep planetary shift is taking place in which the higher energies of love, compassion, peace and wholeness are increasing in vibration. This influx of energy is opening the doorway of our hearts so that together, we can transform our existence into one that serves our entire planetary system with integrity. It is also magnifying all hidden, distorted energies that are not in harmony with the new. They must rise to the surface where they can be reviewed in the Light of Truth, embraced with compassion, and reintegrated into the Divine Light of All That Is.

We are each being challenged to open our hearts and explore the organic unfoldment of these new energies in our lives and shift our attention toward the kind of world we want to create. The choice is ours—moment to moment!

One of the most important things we can do in light of these changes is recognize ourselves for who we truly are. As we consciously choose to see and embrace all aspects of ourselves with compassion and ask to experience our most Divine expression—we open ourselves to the Light and Love of Spirit.

We are each unique, mighty, universal beings capable of great love or great destruction—and our heart is the key to creating our life experiences and fulfilling our spiritual path. We just need to use our mind and will to support our heart’s desires and it will be our most powerful instrument in healing our world.
